Wow Brow Pencil is dual ended with a thick spoolie brush to tame those unruly hairs and blend out product if needed.

Super easy to use with our long lasting smudge proof formula. 

• Start by brushing brow hairs upwards with the spoolie brush at the end of retractable Wow Brow Pencil.
• Use the angular side of the pencil to mimic brow hairs to gently fill any sparse areas. For a softer shadow use the wider side of the pencil to define your brow shape and fill any gaps you may have. Layer as needed to create more definition.
• Comb through through hairs with the spoolie brush again to blend product if needed.
• This pencil pairs perfectly with Wow Brow for the brow duo of dreams!
